I purchased this product about three years ago along with some other Polishangel products just to see how it worked. This is a very unique wash for your vehicle and ones of the slickest car wash soaps I have ever used. Very slick under the wash pad or wash mitt, whatever you choose to use. It's a very oily type product in the bottle and when you dispense an amount into your wash bucket. Let's face it folks, this is a very expensive line of detailing products, but as they say, "you get what you pay for" and that is true here as well. You have to pay to play folks. Polishangel is primarily an enthusiast brand. I would say it's direct competitor is Swissvax who also targets the enthusiast market pretty much. I don't know of any detailers who are using these products in their daily business as they just don't offer the profit margin that most detailers seek. That may not be true in very high end detailing market where you can charge the client for the consumables you utilize during the full detail. These are clients that own Bugatti's, Pagani's, Ferrari's, etc. so they have no problem paying for a very high end detail (sometimes upwards of $10,000 or more per detail!). In those situations, I think it is a good idea to charge for the consumables that you use during the detail and I think high end clients understand that also. Having said that, as an enthusiast, I absolutely love anything that Polishangel manufacturers. I have never gotten a bad product from them, even just going on a whim and ordering something I never used before that. Everything they make is TOP TIER detailing products and some of the best products in the entire detailing industry for the enthusiast market. Glissante is more of a lower foam product, and when poured into the wash bucket you see the oily ingredients quite clearly on top of the water. It's noticable but that's how the product is designed so don't freak out thinking it's a problem with the wash, it's supposed to do that. It works well. I almost consider it a hybrid type of wash. Once your vehicle is polished to perfection and either coating with Viking Coat or Cosmic V2 Graphene version, use any of their spritz or spray waxes to maintain everything and then use Glisante to maintain the finish with your bucket wash as often as you need to. This is a very slick product so it helps the wash mitt to glide effortlessly across the polished and coated paint surface helping to eliminate or at the very least REDUCE the amount of micromaring you may induce during your bucket or rinseless wash process. The one product Polishangel needs to develop and introduce to their line up is a RINSELESS WASH specific product. Just about every other manufacturer on the market today has introduced a new or updated version of a RINSELESS WASH. The detailing market today demands if. It's the new "buzz word" in detailing just like Graphene was a few years back. Now every manufacturer is scrambling to release their own version of a rinseless wash and most tout that theirs is the best out there. Either way, it's something Polishangel should consider developing and offering to their customer base in the future. I think it would be a good seller for them as many people don't have access to free running water or would like to use a rinseless wash during the winter time inside their garage when the hose bib outside is frozen solid and cannot be used. I personally use rinseless washes at least 60% of the time when I wash my vehicles, probably even higher than that, but when I do a bucket wash, this is a great wash product, just like every other bucket wash product Polishangel sells. Give them all a try as they are all great. I describe the scent of this product as a "minty" type of fresh scent, enhancing the user experience. The thing I love about Glissante is it's lubricity. There are few companies out there that offer the product experience like Polishangel. I would love to try out their entire line of products at some point but it would cost me the price of a new car probably! I can keep dreaming. After using Glissante, consider using their spray sealant called HIGH GLOSS as your drying aid and topper product. High Gloss is a perfect complement to this wash. It leaves an incredible gloss and "POP" to the paint that not many other spray sealants or toppers can do, not to the level of High Gloss. You will love it if you try it and will want to come back for more! Every one of Polishangel's spray sealants or spray waxes I have tried have really impressed me. The spray wax can be a little streaky at times but if you use the minimal amount of product, its not a problem at all. Just follow with a different, dry, clean microfiber towel as the second buff and it looks perfect and so glossy! I highly recommend anything Polishangel sells. Do yourself a favor and check out the rest of their line. They have some great products.
